On the Karoo, open the browser and go to stemnotes.io/apps.

Tap Download, then open the file and allow the install.

Add Next Fuel to a data page in your ride profile, then pair it below.
Garmin Edge
Free on Connect IQ
StemNotes Fuel Field shows your next feed and a live countdown, then flashes the field when it is time to eat. It loads once and works offline for the rest of the ride.

Install StemNotes Fuel Field from the Connect IQ app on your phone.

Add Fuel Field to a data page on your Edge, then pair it below.
Edge 530, 540, 830, 840, 1030, 1030 Plus, 1040 and 1050, including the 540 and 840 Dual Power.
Then pair it
to your phone.
Connect TrainingPeaks or intervals.icu first. That is where your sessions come from, and the device rows in the app stay locked until one of them is connected.
Then open Settings, Connected Accounts, and pick Garmin or Hammerhead. Enter the short code your device shows you. That is the whole pairing.
