Delete your StemNotes account

You can ask us to delete your StemNotes account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens.
Request deletion
Email support@stemnotes.io from the email address on your StemNotes account, with the subject Delete my account. We use the sending address to verify the request is yours.
What we delete
When we process your request, we permanently remove:
Your account and sign-in (your StemNotes login).
Your profile and settings, such as your training details, fuel preferences, and units.
Your fuel plans, sessions, and session feedback stored by StemNotes.
Your connected-service links and access tokens for TrainingPeaks, intervals.icu, and any Garmin or Karoo device pairing. This disconnects StemNotes from those accounts; it does not delete data held in those services themselves.
What we may keep
Limited records we are required to retain by law, for example basic transaction records, kept only for the period the law requires and then deleted.
Data that is anonymised or aggregated so it can no longer identify you.
Subscriptions
StemNotes subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not by us. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To stop billing, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions before or after you request deletion.
How long it takes
We verify and complete deletion within 30 days of your request, and usually much sooner. We will email you to confirm once it is done.
